What’s not to love?

As I am participating in a Zoom class this evening on making eclairs, I got my act together early and prepared dinner. Again, another Theo Randall recipe but this time it was cannelloni with sausage ragu! The éclair class was great, choux pastry filled with chocolate crème pâtissier – what’s not to love?
