What’s not to love?

As I am participating in a Zoom class this evening on making eclairs, I got my act together early and prepared dinner. Again, another Theo Randall recipe but this time it was cannelloni with sausage ragu! If you are looking for the recipe, he made this same dish on BBC Saturday kitchen and you can find it through their website. I highly recommend it. The éclair class was great, choux pastry filled with chocolate crème pâtissier – what’s not to love?
