I Do Love Fridays

I do love Fridays, not sure why as everyday seems the same these days. But normally we will eat in the library upstairs and I will light a candle for shabbat. We are not particularly religious, but we do like tradition and this is one we like to keep. Tonight is was Turmeric Salmon and the recipe can be found in the recipe page. It is quick and easy and very tasty. I have served it in different ways, sometimes with pilau rice cooked in coconut milk, sometimes with spinach or kale or another green.
