Fiona's French Table

Lying at the foothills of Mt Ventoux is the pretty little Provencal village of Mormoiron.  It is where you will find people going about their daily business of working in the vines, tending the cherry trees or mulching in the olive groves.  It is a busy working village and right in the centre is La Maison du Milieu where Fiona’s French Table is based.  The house is a 4 storey 19th century village house that has had many guises, from bottling wine in the 1800’s to being France’s smallest bank!  What’s unique about the house is the magnificent view of Mt. Ventoux – Le Geant de Provence.  Cooking here surrounded by vines and local produce, be it the freshest goat’s cheese and pork from the Ventoux, or vegetables from the garden, La Maison du Milieu offers you an inspiring location in which to practice ancient skills morphed into new ways.

Come and cook with me in my provencal kitchen.
